Welcome to WhoWeMet. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Your account

You need an account to use WhoWeMet, and you're responsible for what happens under it. Keep your login secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

Your content

Your photos, contacts, notes, and card details are yours. You grant us the limited permission needed to store them, sync them across your devices, and show them to the people you choose to share with — only so we can operate the app for you. We don't claim ownership and we don't sell your content.

Meeting other people

WhoWeMet works by taking a photo together and exchanging details with someone's participation. Only capture and share information about people who agree to it. Respect others' privacy and the law where you are.

Acceptable use

Don't use WhoWeMet to harass, impersonate, or harm anyone, to store others' information without their consent, to break the law, or to interfere with the service. We offer in-app blocking and reporting, and we may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms or threaten people's safety.

Ending your use

You can delete your account and data anytime in Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, WhoWeMet isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months (if any).

Changes

We may update these terms; we'll revise the date above and, for material changes, give notice in the app. Continuing to use WhoWeMet means you accept the updated terms.
